What happens if i get bad feedback on ebay




















All of this happen on January. Here's the story: Saturday 25th this person was trying to send me a offer for one of my items twice. Sunday morning she just bought. I didn't look at my eBay or email because I had lots to do in real life, so I sent her a message saying that I will send her the item on Monday as soon as I become available to do so and I'm very sorry for my absents.

She replied saying "great! So when wednesday the 29th came around, she send me a message saying she wants a refund because It's been a week Monday - Wednesday and I never "replied" to her and I didn't upload a tracking number. I told her " I replied to all of your e-mails, It been only like 2 days and the shipping don't update that quickly. Plus, eBay already put up a tracking number. Today she left me a negative today feedback saying I lack communication What do I do?

I just had one and I've learned not to sweat the small stuff so to speak - it happened and frankly I'm not going to lose any sleep over one negative feedback.

But I will say there are many buyers you can never please - I just had one - she said she wanted an item by a certain date - I thought ok, I can probably do it - told her so and then when I told her that the delivery info provided by the sold listing said something different - she went into a meltdown It's always amazing to me how crazy people can sound so crazy in emails!!!!

Anyway I told her that it wouldn't arrive on time and then she changed her dates - LOL again!!! All happened within 24 hours so not to inconvenience anyone. But I did look at her feedback and she leaves a lot of negative feedback - and it doesn't all look warranted or fair.
